How many hours a night do you get?

If it is not at least 7-9 you may suffer from sleep deprivation. 

If you’re ever feeling really tired and you look into the mirror. If not enough, you look haggard.

If you have enough sleep, you can see your face change overnight just from a good night’s sleep and look years younger!
